im kind of scared of the direction psytrance is heading in. this seems real close to asot-type stuff.
would you be overly surprised if this was played during peak-time by guys like markus schulz?

i listened to all of these. the CJ Art Remix is a fairly nice chunky thumper and Digital Blonde, Magnus, and Ace Ventura Remixes are interesting, but i'm not liking the general direction.

Just for your information
To make your information even more complete, original was first published on the album Love in Stereo, while the Protoculture and Ace Ventura Remix were first released on the remix album Cocktail. The other remixes are all new.
@ Pozz, I wouldn't classify this as Psy-Trance, even if some artists are indeed from the Psy Progressive scene.

Markus/Armin etc played the protoculture mix a lot because it was signed to Armada. The vocal in it has been sampled so many god damn times that I can't stand it anymore (I couldn't stand it when Goldenscan put it into Halycon and that was what, 2005?). Anyways, pretty poor effort in my estimates but I can see Magnus's mix being the most dancefloor friendly.

While I'd say it does actually get quite a lot tighter than this, this is pretty good as far as epic trance goes.
Subtle
I dont think the original track is particularly good, so the Protoculture remix is pretty damn nice considering.

what a track
Sand Leaper
Bog standard big room whoosh reverb, simplistic repeated one-note riffs, tremolo vocal sample, generic synth choice, big breakdown with more big room whoosh reverb, and to top it all off, the melody sounds just like Energy 52 - Cafe del Mar.
