I don't know about you guys, but his set is an epic fail. Thank god that thone depth was very good.
Should of went to circus instead tonight!

Circus was mental, everyone was on fire. Subfractal = mind blown. Erphun Creator tag team? Flawless.
That is all.

OUCH!!!

That bad eh? Not surprised to hear.
How did he play, was it really Housey and Electro Style?
His last Stereo set was pretty Dull....That Old Progressive Sander Sound is what got me lured into EDM
RayRayy
doesn't surprise me either

Wow, glad I didn't go. Sounds like a far cry from his mind-blowing, bangin' 8-hr performance at ((())) in April 2006. Back then, he laid down jackin', uplifting sounds (Ã_ la Mark Knight, sans fromage) with electro influences, but certainly fresh and non-generic. Was a top 3 nights out for me, right behind DT 17.5 hr in Sep 2003.

I heard he's been playing weird music these days.. he just released a chart on Beatport and I think I liked maybe 2 of the tracks on that list..

sander is so 2005...pfff

He started off with some electronic for 30 mins which wasn't that bad. But for the rest of the set he just put BEATPORT top 30 I guess... Such cheeze music. Wasn't even a proper set, just a random continuation of songs...it made no sense.

That's exactly the kind of crap he played last time at Opera

You guys need to get over all these DJs that were big 5-6 years ago. That's one of the problems with EDM in our city, instead of taking an interest in new and innovative DJs, a lot of people just become comfortable with the usual suspects (Lawler, Sander, Chus & Ceballos, Calderone, etc...). Of course I'm not talking about everyone (Stereo has been a much bigger culprit of this than Circus).
FFS, clubgoers should try to take an interest beyond a list of 10-15 DJs that keeps getting recycled over and over.
Also, I think there is too much emphasis on nostalgia when it comes to booking certain DJs. An attempt to recreate the nights at Aria or the early nights at Stereo. The only interesting bookings at Stereo have been the responsibility of others like 13%, MFR, etc...and not Stereo's booking management itself.
