Review: Ferry Corsten at Guvy...

The night was busy earlier than usual. By 11:30, there were a lot of ppl in there already. Deko-ze was the opener and he was playing some pretty good opening housy trance tracks...
Ferry came on at just after 1. His first hour was a little more commercial since BPM were there shooting a feature but as soon as they left(2) he started picking it up with more appropriate tunage...
By this time, the mainroom was packed and getting hotter and hotter. Ferry gave me a lot of good nitro moments and the crowd was loving the cloud.
Memorable tracks for me were of course all of his classics. Out of the Blue, Punk, etc...
Ferry stopped playing at just after 4. The trance was great. It was a very good vibe in the room all night..
Deko-ze came back on and his third song was Madagascar which he dropped as I was walking out so of course I had to stay a little while longer...
Good times last night with good friends...
ps. AJ drives a gay white Miata...:haha: :haha: :haha:
pps.. Vince without glasses is almost unrecognizable...

pretty solid night. I wouldn't have minded a longer set from ferry but Deko-ze was on his "A" game to close that room down.
I am still trying to get over the fact that he played Matt Darey - Heavens Earth!!!!!!!!!!! |

Yah I gave her that name a long time ago but for the life of me couldn't remember it after that weekend and neither could she...
We even talked about it last night but we still couldn't recall...
I JUST remembered it his morning as I wrote the review...

| deko-ze is unreal, so much energy. ferry upped his set from the last time i saw him even though it was shorter. that coldplay song was unreal |
