Thousands in New York run through mud ...for fun - c0r approved?

Thousands of competitors took part in the Merrell Down and Dirty Mud Run at Orchard Beach in New York Sunday. The race included military obstacles, running, wading in the water, crawling through mud and scaling a wall covered with soap.

I would kill myself before I'd set foot in any water near Orchard Beach...that has to be one of the worst beaches in NY. I seen diapers floating and washing up on shore.

btw... new yorkers are naturally dirty..so of course the mud doesnt bother them..

For the participants, it's to chase the cheese and get to the bottom first in order to claim it. For the spectators, it's to laugh at everyone injuring themselves.
