Which would you choose?

So a friend of mine has just broken up with his gf of 6 years and is pretty down about it. He has decided to go on trip for 2 months to clear his head, fresh start and all that.
He has 2 choices: Teaching English in Thailand or Working at an Orphanage in the mountains of Peru. Money is not an issue so either one is fine and his decision is pretty much based on whatever vaccines he can get first.
I have no clue which i'd choose, probably Thailand so that I can be around more English speaking people and there would be more fun things to do...but, I think you could possibly 'Gain' more from going to Peru as it might put his worries/problems into perspective.
Just wondering what your thoughts are... |

I don't think indulging in sex would honestly change anything in his life or give him any kind of spiritual satisfaction.. then again, if clearing your tubes helps you guys solve your life problems then go for it!
I just know I'd prefer making a small difference in an orphanage and experiencing a new language, than banging some thai women.. |
