wow, thats a big let down..I bought a whole bunch of stuff including studio monitors and acoustic treatment just so i could start teaching myself how to produce, and, it turns out I can't without thousands of dollars more worth of analogue hardware synths? =[
anyone else know of any producers that use pure software? |

Pots and pans are cheap, I picked mine up in a garage sale for less than $10. They sound amazing. |

just use a sample. There are so many around that to get hung up on a kick drum is rather pathetic. |

Pots and pans can actually make neat noises. Probably not a dance kick drum, though.
I bought a five foot PVC pipe the other week to run some sounds through.
