The movie was very good :) Very interesting story.

According to another flyer the they're bringing out Serge Devant, Mark Farina, Cerdric Gervais, Jonathan Peters and George Acosta. Decent start I hope they establish a quality name for themselves as a venue.

I heard that Mark Lewis was going to be doing some stuff there as well that flyer confirms that. I love his older Interstate stuff.

Sort of an update on this venue and it's promoters.

Friday will be "Feelgood Friday's" and Saturday's will be Asian/hip hop nights because apparently they're doing upwards of $60k for the bar alone on Saturday

Thursday's and Sunday's are up in the air apparently with Thursday leaning more towards the gay crowd right now.

The promoters behind Fridays are George Khalil and Hersch Davis. They know nothing of talent as far as DJ's go and the first 4 bookings they realize were not a good choice. They say they are bringing in someone to head up the talent department here soon. I know who it is but I want to meet with this person and confirm it myself if possible. It would be a good move if they brought him on board but......all talk at this point though and I don't believe anything a promoter tells me.

I've been hired only verbally now to update and run all their online promotions on various sites, updating event info and just spreading info about the venue and its promoters in general. I will not be spamming your inbox that will be the actual promoters themselves. Someone mentioned the first few bookings as being east coast jersey shore type bookings and I agree 100% Not the best start for this venue but hopefully they can convince this person to come on board and start booking some good respectable DJs. Not that there's anything wrong with the current schedule but, it could be better obviously.

Good video showing the inside of the VIP room and that massive booth it has in it.
