Yeah, you need to speak the language in order to properly use one of these. This one seems to have way too many options (there's a self-cleaning option, apparently, and an interesting button that reads "massage"), though the big red button does exactly what you'd expect it to do (shuts it down). They could be more generous and translate the five main option (STOP!!!, arse, softness, bidet, dry) into English in order to avoid these accidents in public toilets.
