This escalated over 4 later legal entry attempts. That prohibited me from Entry based on my attempt to immigrate to the US and live and work in America (totally untrue)
I may have broken even though with free food, lodgings and flights provided by CBP/DHS and ICE, but the sad part is - doing this if the numbers I got were accurate cost the US several thousand dollars to not take my money while I traveled through the US... totally DOES not make sense - other than - I geuss some Americans don't like me enough to let me pass through their country and buy their goods.
If I go in again they say I'll be put in Jail for 10 years. Last time they tried to get me to work too.... and the reason they are trying to stop me from travling in the US is because they think I want to live and work there.. but they are threatening to force me to stay for a decade if I come back! Makes no sense - considering the stated $200/day price tag --- ... that is $73000 a year to keep me in the US or close to a million dollars of US tax payer dollars just because I'd like to travel through the US on short trips or via US airlines to other countries. In other words they would spend a fairly good wage on keeping me in the US because I wanted to use a US company to travel via. It makes absolutely NO sense.
On the plus side I've found a good direct flight from pearson via westjet for my upcoming trip (and for about the same price $200 each way) and I hope to god nothing goes wrong with the plane. (this was on short booking notice and with an extended return date so it was a good deal -- as flight taxes are nearly that much to begin with)
And while there may be good reasons to keep me from entering the US, none of them were pursued by legal means -------- I could of had it much worse but I didn't do anything an American wouldn't do or hasn't done. Honestly it is not the fact that I'm being denied, but WHY I'm being denied that is what gets me. I've lived in canada all my life - travel too and from Canada multiple times a year, have a house and car in canada, my family and friends are in Canada, my university is in Canada -- and I'm deemed to have insufficient ties to Canada and that I would never return to Canada if I entered the US - COME ON... it is madness to think this - Mexico costs sooo much less than the US with arguably better weather and scenery.
For the real reason you'd have to ask the border gaurds. |
When you say it, it all seems somewhat silly, like that time you were arrested for assaulting that clerk. I wonder how they would say it. |

If me being serious about taking legal action if you don't pay me for use of my copyrighted content, yeah, I am threatening to take legal action. Also the rock and whoever the hell that girl is might have comment also. Also defamation is crime rather than civil offence in more than one country. |

That is also defamation since I never assaulted a clerk, it was a framed situation with false statements on my actions - you are only adding to a flame by purporting a false version of events.
Eddie you draging your smeared version of events doesn't do any justice to the post, go away or offer the truth instead of lies.
Eddie if you recall the actual facts, the judge openly admited to making false statements during her ruling. This occured in open court - and she openly just said considering I just lied, I'll have to change my judgement. You can choose not to believe this but this is what actually happened. Both Mary Keltkee and Tracy Mathews openly purgered during the hearing stating I pushed Mary implicit of this occuring during our verbal exchange - this was an outright lie on both their parts.
You like to drag this up time and time again, but it doesn't change the facts. It only represents you as a moron for spreading lies about the events, and this a very serious matter considering their lies were stated while under oath as opposed to casual occurence.
If you have some sort of evidence that I actually pushed the clerk then by all means offer it, but my memory is very clear of the events - contrary to what Tracy Mathews implied, I wasn't a drinker remotely during that period of my life. Anyone who knew what the previous 6 months of my life had been like could vouche for that.
Your comments here are incredibly unwelcome and if you continue to make false statements I will pursue escalating this. I can only suggest you not make statements without evidence supporting them, because after being given notice, continuance of the act is a form of libelous defamation. |

Make up your mind you have until 5pm EST Wednesday 10 November to remove your post or work out a licensing arrangement for allowance of posting my content. and this does not provide for any restrictions the stills of rock and the chic might have seperately. |

Once again, they're not here to speak their side and there are no transcripts which prove your position. In conjunction with your behavior on this board, I find you with very little credibility. Your music, your bird drops, your flame-bait resume, and your air-soft ricen pellet shooter are among many pieces of evidence that prove you to be ed in the head. |
