I've initiated communication with Mr. Johnsons lawyer...

can anyone supply the name of the chick in the strip?

if you cared enough to *initiate communication with Mr. Johnsons lawyer* (which is pretty vague btw..) you can google "race to witch mountain" and look at the credits and put the pieces together yourself.

And while you're at it William, Google 'fair use of material for the purpose of parody' and see what you come up with.

I have also initiated contact with Mr. Johnson's lawyer, claiming to be you, and maintaining that you are in fact me, pretending to be you.

You may expect a cease and desist letter fairly shortly.

It isn't parody it is harassment and repeated.

All my works are copyright in Canada. They also fall into Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 of the United Kingdom. As well as any reciprocal treaties related to copyright globally.

Remove and destroy all copies containing portions of my content distributed anywhere without licensing now.

Joss no such agreement exists, the only reason I am posting this here rather than sending another PM is to inform others to desist from the same activity.

The nature is not merely any attempt at satire - it is being use
d for ongoing harassment and is not of a public nature but instead used to attack myself regularly when I post. Simply satirizing something is different from repeated uses of content to harass someone. You have been warned.

" Is it for research, private study, criticism, review or news reporting?" NO, delete all copies.

This is secondary to the criminal harassment related to its use.

Indirect Harassment is a form of harassment and cyberstalking
I have had death threats (including those of the nature that actually may have been carried out such as a couple of attempts at hiting me with a SUV) from this sort of behaviour in the past, it is bothersome to myself, it is non civil behaviour regarding my copyright, and it is bad nettiquette to repeatedly post off topic posts into my threads. The term ******** thread has been coming into use simply due to the ongoing nature of derailing threads I post, this is further evidence of indirect harassment.

Criminal harassment is an offence in the Criminal Code of Canada.

This is criminal behaviour and it could result in court actions of both a civil and criminal nature.

You have been warned.

Every person who contravenes this section is guilty of
(a)
an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years; or
(b)
an offence punishable on summary conviction.
