FOR 'S SAKE
It is not "For sake," nor is it "For sakes".
It is for the sake of . "'s sake," if you like.
I realise it makes little sense anyway if you care to take it literally, but if you want to talk like someone from the UK or Australia (or possibly even New Zealand and South Africa!), then at least make an effort to get it right :mad:
I don't know why this bothers me, but I've been drinking, so that probably has something to do with it :o |
