I was first introduced the "Techno" sounds in Bare Knuckle 2 when i was a kid, noting ive encounted before sounds so bizarre and alien. Its what made an deep impression on me for years to come to get hooked onto Rave music
Another Genesis 16bit music got my attention is that Ninja surfing pummeling laser shooting robots outside a water treatment facility. That whole game is simply a masterpiece. The soundtracks are ace compare to his predecessors. |

Gives me the chills, just beautiful.
Techy Drum 'n Bass roller fused with rock and old school chip sounds.
Killer strings in both tracks. |

I'm just about to wrap up Lightning Returns (have one or two last trophies to get to Platinum it), while I thought the game was flawed, at least it tried to do a few things different to the standard RPG. And the soundtrack was pretty damn good... this song in particular was my favorite:

The sttrings and piano are just the beginning. I',m def buying this when it comes out. The theme reminds of FF9 and the ending piano of FF7 (thee best)
Can't wait for the rest of the soundtrack., |

Always loved this one: ME2 Suicide Mission
Heard this on Pandora recently. Then I got served Justin Bieber as the next track. So much for music recommendation engines.

Cannot be played loud enough.
//The overall sound design for this game was incomparable. Every time you heard one of the more upbeat tracks start to fade in, you instinctively knew it was time to things up. |

If you have a PS3 or 4, I recommend picking up Journey if you haven't. The music goes so well with the environments and has some pretty existential moments.
