On the note of having a club packed with no room to dance, think of it this way. It was a successful night for the club, djs, staff, promoters etc. I can't think of very many parties ive been to where it was packed and nothing went on.
If you offset the amount of times you've complained about a party being too packed, then think about all the times you've left a club earlier because it was dead or nothing going on. The party may be garbage but at least it was garbage because you didn't like it, not because it was unsuccessful.
I went to Guv right after WMC one year and it was Dubfire opening for Danny Howells. The place was dead. So much smoke being poured into the main room I felt bad for those guys. Especially Danny... at least Dubfire played this 2hrs and got the out.
That's my thought for today, now on to school work... |

agreed! why would anyone complain about abundance of empty space?! more room for us!! :) TiL clears out well after 2am comes and goes anyway - at Sander K, by 3.30 the dancefloor was half empty :) it was great, minus some weird creeps and drunk couples but if you have a big group of friends, it's a lot of fun! |

We all have different takes on parties, if some prefer room to dance thats cool. I was talking empty. But I also pointed out if a party was garbage, then you can leave, but you leave on the note of the party was . In that case, Villalobos.
I prefer clubs packed, the vibe I find is a lot more intense. As long as its not a douchey crowd. |

I never said empty , just not so bad that every girls' high heel inevitably finds my toes whilst their boyfriend's beer sloshes into my hair with no escape, like one certain night I had at TIL..
I saw Wolfgang awhile back to a half empty room and still hands down the best "dancing" party I've ever been to, but I get what you mean. |

nope. upstairs is a separate event now. the big hole above the dancefloor (which was the balcony) has been closed off. |
