| That's pretty cool that they asked for volunteers to leave instead of just shutting it down outright, which they easily could have done if in fact they were over. |

There were about 4 or 5 cops on the dancefloor and someone from the fire department (fire marshall ?). I'm not sure whether there were more cops in the chill area. It took at most 30 min for the music to start again, which was actually good cuz people were catching up with friends without the loud music in the background and my aching feet got a nice break.
I must say that the crowd was very well behaved (no shoving, no yelling, no complaining) which wouldn't have happen at any other afterhours.
When the crowd re-assumed their positions, the lights dimmed, the smoke machine turned on and Chus let it rip... and within 60 seconds, it was as if nothing had happened. Can't really speak for those that were made to leave though ;-) |
