Seems like your quoting Qatar now, their national competition consist practically only of former football stars who want to make a quick buck at the end of their career. :)

also, who the would want to experience a world cup in england?

home of football

best stadium, all ready to go right now if needed

fans who've left racism in the past and learned to accept all players, not like the Italians, Eastern Europeans etc. We're constantly abused by those narrow minded ****s because we have black players. I mean, the Italians are even booing one of their own, Balotelli.

We've not hosted since 1966, so a generation have missed out. They're going back to Brazil & have no problem doing so, and other countries like Spain had it in '82, USA in '94 and the Japan/South Koreans in 2002, so we've definitely got a case for it.

Western Europe in general is a good hub and easily accessible from all corners of the globe.

We even had support from the french & they hate us :p

This is why the U.S.A doesn't deserve the world cup.

+ great English accents.

'Football' will always be referred to as soccer in the United States because we have American Football, unlike other countries. There's not a chance in hell people stop calling it soccer. To think so is being completely ignorant and oblivious.

American English bother you much?

No such thing as US English. There's English and then there's bad English.

I agree and feel the same way about Brazilians butchering Portuguese (I see you, Lira). It's not like a language displaced from the source changes over time or anything...

Did Australia make a bid? I wouldn't be surprised if they get to host it in 2026 or something. Or maybe New Zealand?

Aussies failed for 2022. Between Aus, USA & England, there were a total of 5 votes or something. Ridiculous.

Because "American Football" is neither played with a ball nor with your feet. It should be called Handegg.
