| quote: | Too much of it will make you go blind – or so you might have been told. But for some, masturbation might have a real clinical benefit: it can ease restless leg syndrome (RLS). The insight could provide sweet relief for the 7 to 10 per cent of people in the US and Europe who suffer from the condition.
RLS is a distressing neurologic disorder characterised by an urge to move the legs. It is usually associated with unpleasant sensations in the lower limbs such as tingling, aching and itching. |

lol, bamski...you have no idea how funny that was....because my internet is so damn slow here; the image was loading little piece by little piece...and i was really scared of what was going to show up haha
pie, i have no idea; everything i've read about it shows more of not getting enough iron, nicht potassium. but then again, there isn't a whole lot of studies/knowledge about it in general.
stu, if you have restless third leg, then it could help out your other two actually. :gsmile: |

Yeah, pretty sure. I only get it when i'm lying down at night. usually before i start getting really tired. and it's not cramps, cause there's nothing to really massage out of it. it's just a weird jumpy/tingly sensation that if i try to control ends up being really bad spasm lol.
but i've never seen a DR or anything about it. but that article about getting off to help reduce the RLS gives me hope :gsmile: |

One of my friends at school had this a while back; doctor told her to walk or exercise for 40 minutes a day inferring I do believe that it's caused by poor circulation.
I just called and woke her up to ask her if the walking helped so I could respond in this thread.
Haha, she told me to off and hung up on me! I totally need to pay closer attention to the time when I call people.
:stongue:
But if it helps her, it seems what she does would kind of go hand and hand with Theresa's post and solution, I imagine. Stretching, walking, exercising... |

| I used to suffer from restless leg syndrome. Seriously. I'd have to get up out of bed, stretch, run in place, take a shower, do anything and everything i could to get my legs from feeling so restless. I have a perfect cure though. Get a yorkie. My little puppy sleeps on my legs now. Its just enough weight to keep em place and subdue the the restless legs. |
