Yes, we're talking about masturbation. And later, about how doing it more often can be good for your health.
Particularly if you suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome - a condition that causes as much consternation in scientific circles as it does to those who claim to suffer from it.

If PKC was a D&D player, his character would be +5 immunity to RLS. And +1 on t-shirt creation.
-4 branding
-2 sig creation
-7 AFL winners picks |

Anyone have this? I only notice it in myself when I'm laying down at night, and i feel this weird tugging kind of feeling in my lower legs. normally, they spasm a little on their own when i'm really freakin' tired...and if i try to hold them still on my own, the tugging feeling gets worse and my legs eventually violently spasm. The pain/tugging feeling seems to be best kept at by if i wiggle my toes or ankles around on occasion.
It never causes me insomnia, and I never wake up in the middle of the night with the twitching/kicking sensation. but it's really ing annoying!

Try eating a banana before bedtime. I used to get muscle spasms, it usually is from low potassium levels in the body. |

I get it whenever I'm stoned. Stretching it out always helps. |
That's one of the many reasons why I stopped smoking. |

honestly, my exercise in the form of running has increased since i deployed....and the RLS has decreased. but then again a lot of other things have changed as well. so there's too many variables in the mix. |

I get it occasionally as well, I find it's usually after I haven't done much physicaly for that day or two.
Stretching all my leg muscles usually does the trick. Very irritating still. |

| is annoying the hell out of me. during the day i feel like i have to constantly move, and at night it's about 10x worse. it occasionally is in my right arm too....where it feels like the entire arm (and leg) is stiffening up....like the muscles are turning to stone...but i give it a good jerk (lol) and it helps. sometimes the jerks (lol) are violent. during my sleep i move a lot. shouldn't the body be ing still when you are sleeping??? |

It stops me from sleeping and getting comfortable to sleep. I do a lot of pacing around the Apt with my e-cig.
Reading some of the older posts in the Thread, mine could be due to large amounts of drugs I took in my 20's.
My Dad tells me he gets it here and there also but he just walks to the fridge and gets some snack or something to drink and then he goes right back to bed. |
