| lol my friend called T5 and they said they don't know when it will end.. It's amazing how many different ideas are floating around and even the venue doesn't know wtf is going on. Hopefully some concrete info is posted by the time I land in NY sat.. |

just got off the phone with provocateur.
PvD is confirmed to be playing there from 1:30-3:30-4 on sat.
so it looks like he's out the door by LATEST 1:00AM
terminal5's doors open at 8.
show starts at 9.

I called Provacateur this afternoon and it is confirmed he is playing there....Didn't get the time cause I was to busy laughing at the girl on the phone when she told me it would be a $1,500.00 minimum to drink at the bar......Or $5,000.00 minimum for a table of 6

What a joke. Skips out on EZ cause he didn't like playing in the tent, doesn't play in NY for over a year and when he finally comes back he cuts Termianl 5 short so he can play Provocateur for people who will have no idea who he is. SELL OUT. |

I think you're all being very optimistic. He's only playing from 11-1, IMO. I've been following this guy for a long time and haven't missed a show in NY since 2000, but this is just ridiculous. I won't begrudge him for taking what's probably a very high paying gig at Provocateur, but don't dick over your real fans by skipping out early and running over there.
I think he's done, I really hope I'm wrong. I remember when he announced a second show in New York one year... Arc on a Monday night, for $10. And it was insane.
Him, Tiesto and Oakenfold should just pack it up, form a super group and play at the Mirage in Vegas five nights a week. |
