Im not a hater in fact ive been a massive fan of theirs for years since their inception. What I am doing is being critical of this new style they have which they of course love themselves and fair play to them for taking it on. The problem is they have left their core sound behind or only bring it out right at the end of their sets and for fans like me its very disappointing because what they play in large these days isnt above & beyond as I remember.
go listen to that essential mix from 2004 then listen to this set. There is no comparison. And its very sad.
Like I said earlier im sure towards the end of this set maybe last hour they will play a lot of old anjuna classics because its TATW 350. But by in large they dont play that sort of music in their sets anymore. |
