It definitely had to be used sparingly and I agree most people who used it were beyond annoying. I had a ton of fun using mine at raves in '99 (but I never brought one to guv).

You know what? Music at clubs pisses me off. It should be quiet in there. And people!! They piss me off the most! Clubs should be empty and quiet! Like libraries!
And man those libraries... so damn quiet! They should allow us to play music in there while studying. Damn strict libraries! And librarians, they should get rid of librarians.......
