It's a health and safety issue. Most of these whistle enthusiasts have probably had so many pills that otherwise, they'd risk chewing their own faces off! Also, they are saving us fellow punters the ugly sight of their horrendous gurns. However, to stop that god-awful racket, encourage them to take a leaf out of the UK rave scene...by offering them a dummy to suck on instead - a win-win situation :D
By the way, for those dummy-loving ravers from the early 90's, not only will they potentially have Alzheimer/Parkinson's to deal with, but cancer from the chemicals in the plastic that they're virtually eating!
