Watched Black Swan last night, I thought it was brilliant!
Wasn't in the mood for Tron, but this film definitely delivers
in all aspects of storytelling. Aronofsky did a great job in
bringing out great performances from his actors, especially
Natalie Portman. Cinematography was beautiful and jolts the
audience into dark emotions and uncomfortable situations.
I absolutely recommend this film |

| Black Swan could have been a lot more imo. There were a couple intense scenes, and Natalie Portman was excellent, but overall it lacked impact. The "twist" wasn't too hard to spot, and the jolts seemed just a step above cats jumping out in a horror flick. I tried to like it, but had a hard time doing so in the end. |

I heard that True Grit is pretty good, so I will catch that before the end of the week.
I also worked on a movie called Barney's Version, coming out this Friday, and I have a very good feeling about this one, might be a great repertoire movie (haven't seen the full cut) |

It's in theaters on Friday.
I'm a digital compositor, I do visuals effects for movies. Been doing it for 10 years while Djing.
But sometimes I do eat sandwiches in front of my computer.
(I saw Midnight Cowboy I was like 12 years old) |
