Are all clubs in the USA going to close?

| Is it true that senator Joe Biden wants all clubs in the USA to be closed? I read an article about that on the Sputnik Club Scene Webpage. In Biden's opinion raves and clubs are just "drug sell events". |

I don't think the clubs will close; the (potential) law is about raves.
And I don't even think that law is going to pass. |

If they do that, they will also have to cancel all concerts, cause a lot of people do drugs at concerts (not Celine Dion concerts per se, but rock concerts and rap concerts).
Then, they will probably want to cancel the production of many genres of music cause they will find that it is the music that drives people to do drugs. While the US government does this, the RIAA will get completely pissed off, and their high price lawyers will get into a fight with the governments high price lawyers. The RIAA will win, and shut down the government, leading to global anarchy.

| bahahahah.. close all clubs.. hell no that would never fly.. but i can see the ban on raves.. one county in southern california already banned raves a year ago.. they use drugs as an excuse but i think the authorities just don't like the idea of that many people having fun at one place at one time, they see it as a threat, and obviously w/ a couple thousand people gathering, they want to break it up.. |

| He's definatly got something in his ass, however most of the senate wants to use it to prosecute only the promoters who are linked to the people selling, not the ones were they just happen to be selling them. |

| Thought theoretically speaking closing all US clubs wouldn't be such a bad idea......Then DJ's won't have to tour the States so we'll get to see them more often :D |
