How is this any different then you or me getting charged with impaired driving?
I don't see what this has to do with tax dollars or why it is even news worthy. |

| police officers are human too. at least he was off duty. if he was on duty then i would be worried. thousands of other citizens get charged with this offence every year as well. |

Hahaha I know the person who got hit.
Officer was at a party and rammed his truck into this dudes car. Not a pole! What the story doesnt say is that he switched between him and his wife to take the blame.

im pretty sure that our tax dollars train them to be cops and know which side of the law they're on WHEN THEY ARE ON DUTY. when off-duty they are just citizens. |
