Need a new MySpace template

Yeah, I know, myspace sux, can't live with it, can't live without it, blah, blah, blah. etc.
Regardless, the new myspace layout completely FUBAR'ed my custom profile and I don't feel like spending the next three evenings re-coding it, so does anybody know of any decent ad-free templates that will work with the new horrid myspace layout? |

| heh funny, i was thinking about this too even though there is a lot of myspace hate, i need one done. I was thinking about paying someone for a very nice one. If anyone knows any services do post, ive seen some very nice custom ones done, but i didnt write the service provider down. |

| I cancelled my myspace a while back. Putting my tracks on YouTube instead. I've definitely been getting more listens. |

Yeah, it seems silly not to IMO. Myspace may not be "it" these days, but it's still a viable means of getting heard...for free. And, at least you have the option of using your own mp3 player for high quality renders of your track, unlike youtube, which totally degrades the sound quality. Not to mention that you can embed your youtube vids on your myspace page. |

| My myspace got zapped too. I was using a free template that I removed the adds from. I made the mistake of telling myspace to reset, or whatever. It's the default "blue" layout now. I don't feel like finding the other template and setting it up again. Just not worth my time and effort. I'm just gonna leave the default up. Not that it matters anyway, since myspace is about dead. Does having a "website" benefit EDM artists these days? I think not. |

MySpace doesn't allow css and/or html code anymore in version 3.0 so looks like complete customization of your own site is over - everyone will be upgraded to 3.0 automatically till the end of the year.
You can crate your own background image and make some tweaking to predefine layout, fonts, style and colors but this is all you could do lol - good time is over my friends.
This is the best I could come up with (will create my own background image soon) MySpace

Well, that sucks, but thanks for the info anyway! It seems like myspace doesn't even want to improve.

It's free, requires little/no maintenance (until now!), and I still get visitors there. Actually, a couple of people (one of whom wasn't even one of my "friends") alerted me that my page was all jacked up, so apparently people who are interested in finding the best music in the universe are still using it. :stongue: |
