I really enjoy taking pictures and will eventually like to make some side money with it. Would like to speak to people here who enjoy photography- maybe share some flickr pages , etc. Also anyone here doing it professionally can give some good tips on getting started to make some money from it.

that rule does work lol

seriously, though. everything like ISO, shutter speed, and f-stops are all secondary. an eye for composition and relevance is what really sets apart the pros.

as far as equipment: if youre just starting out, be sure to budget in a good standard lens (50/85mm with f 1.8 or below)

I've been doing amateur photography in spare time for past 4years, I am in the process of sorting a flickr account up, Will be away next week on holiday where i generally spend most of my time down at the wildlife hides and in the woods taking pics, so will put them on flickr so you can check them out if you want.

I'm into bird photography (and whatever else I can photograph, really).

I never got around to making a Flikr page, but I set up a photo blog for my better pics a while back: http://www.photography.sushipunk.net/
