Oh, and I have to confess that clap was ripped right out of a VEH loop of some description, with a little plate on it to draw it out a bit. :o

Really enjoyable chords. The sound is also very nice indeed, with great dynamics as ever.
I know why people say get them pumping more but on the other hand that pumped sound has been done a billion times, so maybe don't get them to pump any more in fact.
I have an immense female singer who could be up for this, and trust me she is totaly unique and outstanding.
I don't think it needs much moe in terms of percs - just some carefuly done tom / conga work with your own unique fx touches to them so they aren't generic.
I'll keep an eye on this.

I seem to have a total mental block for house percussion. I know it's fairly straightforward but I think i've been stuck on the tarnce 16ths too long :rolleyes:
I'll have to see how the vocals sit before I fiddle with the pumping any more. I may even just increase the ratio on the ducking compressor as the filters open up. That might work.

maybe not so much overall pumping effect, buy maybe a creeping / pumping reverb effect!
