a day of terror in Israel

today, in 7 terror attacks, died 11 ppl
these terror attacks included: 1 suicide bombing
2 shootings, 3 bomb attacks, 1 attempt of entering Israeli land by sea into israeli civilian area, missles and margema shootings
today
i woke up at 12pm
opened the tv and saw the pictures of the dead and injured
and i thought, what if that person that lost his sight in his right eye and severly damaged his hearing was my brother? and what if that woman that was killed on her way to work was my mother?
i sat in front of the tv, saw the pictures, thought a little and cried
i saw some of ur responses to other threads like these and i just wanna ask u that the next time u c the pictures form Israel after a suicide bombing or another terror attack
please put urself in our position and try to imagine what it feels like to lose someone who was like a brother or a mother to you |

I was actually going to post the same thing today. I woke up and read that on the newspaper. Its not just this that is upsetting, but that it is still happening and seems to happen on a daily or weekly occasion.
I wonder how people in that region can actually live there. I know I couldn't I would move, but I don't know how easy that would be. I would probably stay inside my house all day stocked with massive firearms and bulletproof vests.
This is a war between Isreal and Palestine, but why havent they declared war and get the matter over with? |

the palastiniens started one day with massive attacks on israel soldiers and civilians
the situation was good
when it started we were willing to give them what ever they waned but they refused...
so we went on battling until now and it still continues
due to the war the situation in Israel got worse and more ppl dont have jobs and the stock exchange is dropping hard so ppl dont have money to move
and this is our country and we love it so there is no reason to move too
think that one day a war in ur country would suddenly start- would u move?
i have to tell u, i dont get out much bcz of the situation, im too afraid to die this young and its very scary to sit in cafe places with friends bcz u dont know when someone will come to u and blow up in ur face
we r extremly afraid of every day that goes by that we'll die |

| When I heard this I really freaked out, first thing I did was call my aunt at work make sure she was ok, she rides the same route to work as the bus that blew up did, luckily she was ok, but I was scared as hell. All this petty violence needs to stop :whip: :whip: :whip: Stupid terrorists, stupid aerefat, I hoep you die :( |

well ill tell u the story- the real one- the one that CNN or BBC or SKY didnt show...
one day israeli soldiers went in to Jenin camp to find terrorists that were there based on intel. info
they arrived and the terrorists saw them coming so they blew up a HUGE explosive lab that was built under the camp which caused the whole camp to fall
killed 12 elite soldiers and pales. civilians |

Israelians want peace , they want security , they want to live next to the Palestinians as neighbours ... but the government doesn't , Sharon doesn't , the extreme right doesn't , the highest religious authorities doesn't ...
