Didn't Tesla invent cordless power or some back in like the 1900's? What's the damn hold up? I'm tired of managing this horrifying spiders-web of tangled weave every time I want to move a ing desk or unplug a piece of gear. Hurry the hell up technology. Also someone should invent a way to make things hover in 3 dimensional space. I shouldn't have to lean over and give myself scoliosis every time I want to edit some patch on my ty outdated synth that was popular in 1996. Everything should be cordless by now. I'm sure the technology already exists but it's that damn "planned obsolescence" that's stunting the very basis of human evolution. There's no money in making the world a better place. The money is in small incremental improvements so you never have the 'latest and greatest' thing and even when you do it's obsolete in a few months so you have to keep buying and buying and buying just to stay ahead of the game. that noise we're supposed to have flying cars by now. Society made that promise back in the 80's and where are we? Sure there's bomb-ass multi-touch screen out there but it won't be available to the public for YEARS because they have to squeeze as much money out of us as possible. Look at the iPad, the next thing Apple is going to release (hopefully) is the Macbook Touch, which is what everyone wanted to begin with. The iPad is stupid and ty and only serves it's purpose as a stepping stone to a multi-touch laptop with stylus functionality.
There are videos out there RIGHT NOW of holographic projections in ing mid-air and you're telling me touch-screen capability is JUST NOW getting popular? The rent is too damn high and my car runs off dinosaurs. |

| if u ******s stopped worshiping analog, technology might improve. but as long as you guys keep buying crap, so that crappy companies can continue living out of selling crap, no-ones gonna make new crap. most of the technology is already here, its just that the companys find it easier to push the same as long as stupid humans continue to buy it. ing morons. touch screens is probably 20 years old btw, explains alot how humans hate technology. capitalism. |

| I can't think of many popular electronics that are wirelessly powered. Probably because using that technology would jack the price of things up a lot more than using a simple power cord, and most consumers would rather exercise basic organizational skills than pay out the ass for a slightly more convenient setup. |

| The technology is there. Depends on how much you're willing to spend. It doesn't matter what format your work in. Analog and digital have coincided with each other for the last twenty years. If you're tired of dealing with cable, then invest the money on an all wireless environment. |
