While his standup isn't great, I think he does a good job at what he's trying to do- make jokes about what it's like to grow up with hispanic parents in the USA. That was basically my situation and as such, I can relate to a lot of what he says. That's not say I'm rolling on the floor laughing, but it's entertaining and most certainly not cringeworthy.

Considering what you wrote and your situation with Hispanic parents, I can see your point but don't you think is Vato, Esse talk lacking is lacking something. Now I see his show should be on TV because a great deal of the country can relate to it but I'm sorry I can't say that I do.

Well of course it's silly to talk like that, but you can't really blame the guy. He grew up in California and that's just the way hispanics talk there. And I actually don't think anyone can relate to his show. It's .

It's ruined now? Jay already posted my picture in some thread a little while ago, you must not have been there.

Pretty much any Latino comedian there is, I don't like.

I end up not liking any Latino who cracks jokes for a living or on a regular basis if they're over 40 years old. They're like "eh essay wasn't that funny on the YouTube eh" and then they punch me in the arm like I'm their bro. No.

If you asking yourself if you are racist. The simplest answer is: yes.

I'm latino and I cant stand the guy.
My sister in law is 100% American, and loves him to pieces. She knows all his routines and can even pronounce the vato slang flawlessly.
I cringe when I hear him talk, nails on chalkboard type of .

So am I racist? No, I just think that his style is definitely geared to those type of people and I'm not one of them

No, your subscription to the Daily Mail does.

I'd rather allow earwigs to flow freely into my ears, nose and mouth to breed than watch George Lopez.

I would rather have dinner with Carson Daly and Joe Buck than watch the George Lopez show.

How anyone can dislike good black comedy is beyond me.

:wtf:

lol damn... you must really hate the George Lopez show if that's the case.

Shaw's obsession with Joe Buck is creeping me out a little.

Also, Pablo Francisco live is funny. Everyone else from that list blows turtle nuts.
