It's funny that 100% of the people I've met in Canada are cooler than 99% of the people in their forums.

Russell (aka not really russell): I met most of these people here IRL long before I was on the forums, and most of em are pretty awesome. Just chill out, you are always hype about something or another. I know its just the "internet" but your tone on here is very negative, which is probably why people respond to you as such.

I really only respond in kind, so if someone gets negative or defensive with me, that's how I'm going to respond. You can read back in any of the threads that I was "negative" in and see that I was never the one who started it.
Take this thread as an example. I used personal life experiences to make a point (relevant to the thread) and then a bunch of people chime in accusing me of bragging or some other nonsense. I'm not a pushover, so if you start with me, don't be surprised if I respond in the same manner.
That being said, everybody I've ever met in Canada has been nothing less than awesome. I've made some very good friends in Hamilton, Toronto, and Ottawa. I have nothing against Canadians (which is also why it's annoying as hell to hear all their played-out comments about Americans).
