Question about selling tickets

I purchased tickets to two parties that I'm sort of second guessing now (Mindshake @ Shine and Luciano, Carl Craig, Loko at Shelborne).
Since I chose the willcall option and I only have a receipt, do you guys think it will be a pain sell these if I don't have hard tickets? Or will people still buy them?
I guess what I'm asking here is: If I change my mind on a party, have I shot myself in the foot by getting willcall tickets?
Thoughts?
Also, will there buy a Buy/Sell/Trade tickets thread like last year? |

yea you kinda shot yourself in the foot. what you can try to do is email wanttickets and see if they can change it for you to either shipping out physical tickets (will cost extra) or to the wanttickets store pickup (havent heard any confirmation that this is actually happening yet).
if they wont do it for you, then all you can is show up to the party, claim your tickets from the willcall person and then try and sell it someone in line. but thats a huge pain in the ass and you may not want to waste your time.
and i really hope someone makes a buy/sell tickets thread this year. dont see any reason why we wouldnt have one. |

I'm sure we'll have one again, but if wanttickets doesn't do the store again this year, then selling tickets is going to be a huge pain in the ass as you said. I would guess that wanttickets might still announce plans for the store in the next couple weeks as more and more parties get announced. At that point, they usually have the option of changing your ordered tickets over to pickup at the store. |

| I emailed them and they said once the pickup option is availble they can change your will call to that option |

| umm... i had will call tickets to space once and i couldn't make it, so i put my girlfriend on the list and gave her my credit card and id. they didn't give it to her... they said they needed the card holder to pick them up, even though i had her listed on the ticket order =\ |
