markus goes on at 2?
that will hugely effect my attendance i dont need to be there before mr schulz hahaha

im just guessing. dont take my word for it.
but lets break it down from what we know...
-markus is doing 2 sets at space. one for wmc and one for umf week.
-the wmc is the solo marathon. the umf week one is with friends. the friends are wippenberg and jochen miller.
-the artist who previously used to own space friday night of wmc was always pvd.
-last year pvd had friends. the friends were svd and go. svd played for 1.5-2 hours opening for pvd. pvd started at 1:30 or 2am. pvd played for 3 hours. go played for 1.5 or 2 hours i think.
-pvd 2009 started at 1:45am (showed up at 1:30 but took the tech guys 15 mins to set it all up) and played for 3.5 hours.
-pvd 2008 started at 1:30 and played for 4 hours.
-svd/ferry wmc thursday 2008, svd opened for ferry from 12-2. ferry played 3-5. then sander played again 5-7.
-pvd 2007 started at 2am and played for 4 hours.
-pvd 2006 started at 1am? and played for 4 hours and 45 mins.
-pvd 2005 started at 2am? and played for 4 hours.
-pvd 2005 ferry closed after pvd starting at 6am? and still going strong around 9am?.
-pvd 2004 started at 1am and played for 5? hours with marco v closing. 7am and marco was still going.
-pvd 2003 started at 2am and played for 6 hours.
alright i think thats enough history.
so if you put all that information together it leads me to believe the night will go like this:
some space resident either lp or lazardi or someone opening 10-12
wippenberg 2 hour set (12-2)
markus 3-4 hour set (lets say 2-5 or 2-6)
jochen miller closing 2 hour set (5-7 or 6-8)
something like that. give or take 30 mins or an hour on all the set times but thats the basic setup imo. |

Ferry Corsten 3 Hours usually
Tiesto 3 Hours at the most
Sasha 2-3 hours usually
Paul van Dyk 3 hours usually
Swedish House Mafia 2-3 hours usually
Sean Tyas 2 hours usually
Longer sets DJs
Armin van Buuren 6 hours usually
Markus Schulz 6-7 hours usually
Danny Tenaglia 12 hours usually

Loco Dice 10+ hours
Marco Carola 10+ hours
Chus and Ceballos 10+ hours
Mark Knight will throw down 7 - 8 hours if the club is open long enough
Luciano plays 7+ hours
There's a lot of guys that play long sets still. Just not many trance djs |
