doesn't change anything concerning the argument.

something can be logical but not true

Rich is Cool
Cool people get laid
Rich gets laid

valid argument, completely false.

post script The only Atom i've ever seen was the old school batman lead.

there must be a beatport statistic so we can stop with logical fallacies
Mad for Brad
you are the one making them. There are beatport figures in terms of sales. I stated a ballpark average that is pretty accurate.

What EDM labels should do is have their music in places where people can see the artist, scan the code and buy it on itunes in less than a minute. music is now an impulse buy just like a chocolate bar. People don't want to navigate and search. They want to hear something they like, then have it. There are so many ways to do this. I mean every clothing outlet either plays EDM or indie so why not have the track playing on a screen. I've been shopping hearing a song I liked and would of bought it but didn't know how.

Same with restaurants, same with clubs, same with TV shows. Beatport caters to a very small percentage of people. YOu need about 500 downloads to reach the top 10. do you know how ing small that is ?

Itunes reached 10 billion downloads this year. Compare that to beatports average 3 million downloads. Not to mention Itune sales are growing exponentially especially since the iphone , ipod touch and ipad have monopolized the way people get music.

All of this is very true!

I also think mainstream exposure is key to sales. Why do you think so many regular people know about and buy Deadmau5, Tiesto, and Swedish House Mafia songs, but never heard of Sasha? They're getting major mainstream exposure. Same goes for Chuckie, Guetta, and Afrojack. Those last 3 are ridiculously known in the mainstream right now and are making bank!!!!

Right but you need an electron microscope to see one. Electron microscopes explode if there is water-moisture in their vacuum chamber. People are 66% water. If people use electron microscopes to look at atoms, they will explode.

what is an existential fallacy ? Teen Moms for 1000.

shazam is actually better than i thought it would be.

I spent a few hours once digging through some of my more obscure stuff to try and stump it, and i will say it still easily got about 70% of them.

needs work and is not perfect, but i am impressed.

Yeah definitely, I've used it a few times whilst listening to sets and was surprised by the amount of tracks I got results for.
