| Awesome night, couldn't believe how many people showed up despite the "California Blizzard!" Sound was very distorted during the closing DJ's set, I thought he was pushing the mixer too high, but could have been a more serious problem. Giuseppe's set sounded fine though. More to come soon... :) |

I def wanna thank LMD for gettin me out to Circus. I was so impressed with How great the vibe in the crowd was. Every single person I met was there For the music which you don't see too often, so a massive props for that! :) You guys have such a great trance community there, keep up the great work! And to see the LMD crew actively making sure the crowd was happy really shows that these guys want the best experience for the club goers.
I thought Norin & Rad had a great opening set, was lovin their tunes! Great energy while keeping control of the crowd. And Giuseppe did what he does best, bang the melodic trancers, loved his set as well!
I had unfortunate encoding errors with the CDs and flash drives That I brought so i was trying plan "C" with what did work LOL, I'm so sorry about that. I was so bummed I couldn't play a ton of the tunes I wanted to play.
And I think what happened with the sound was once Giuseppe was done, I noticed the levels on the mixer i was using were all reset to 0. So we did our best to guess a solid master output level on my mixer, and since we were running mine through Giuseppes mixer then through the house mixer, the sound guy did his best to find the happy medium which is why there were constant adjustments. I mainly keep my levels the same and let them adjust the final output. (Excuse the nerdy paragraph There LOL)
All in all, I had an absolute blast and gotta say how impressed I am with not only the circus crowd but also the professionalism of LMD events. :) |
