He never should have apologized. Even if he'd delivered a heartfelt 'sorry I offended all the niggers out there', he could have been quite ok. but instead he went on the Late Show and plodded his way through an insincere and depressing last gasp.

The late night apperance by Richards was absurd. He talked in a wierd voice then apologized to all the "afro-americans" and said they 'trashed talked' when the audience laughed at how bizare Richards apology was, Seinfeld (who was being interviewed) goes 'stop laughing, it isn't funny'.

In what way was his voice weird? Sounded normal to me. And for anyone who felt his apology was bizarre, news flash, comedians are generally pretty bizarre people. That's what makes them interesting.
