Bomba, because his eyes look popped out as if a bomb exploded on his face :D
And he says, "O Bomba, é por nada (não), ele não toma nenhuma substância assim pra fazer isso". He said that because bomb(a) is a slang for "steroids".
Edit: Boba would be a possible nickname, but it'd need a very specific context because it means "silly girl" :p
