Another recipe I make is a simple egg salad. The hard part about this is getting the yoke of the egg just right. I still haven't mastered the timing of it yet.
serves 2
6 eggs
1 tbs mayonese
1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Boil eggs where the egg is cooked but the center of the yoke is still a bit gooey. This is very hard to time, I am still not sure the exact amount of minutes this will take. Don't worry if you over cook it passed that point it will still come out good :)
Slices eggs. I usually cut them in half and then slices the halves.
Place eggs in a bowl add 1 tbs mayonese. Mix well. Add 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix well and serve.
I usually make this as a side with my steak, or chicken. |

lol, well most eggs salad are cold. I eat this hot, if that makes any difference, hahaha.
Also I grew up on this, but my mother adds potatoes, to make it a potatoe and egg salad. I am just to lazy to boil potatoes and peel them. |
