it's called hot olives

you fry up a few cloves of garlic and some red onion in some oil
throw in half a pound of your fav kind of olives
sautee for a few min add salt & pepper,fresh parsley,fresh basil and fresh rosemary

I made some low fat lasagna tonight (with ground turkey instead of beef but the way I make it no one can ever tell it's not beef) Lowfat mozzarella, and low sodium sauce and whole grain pasta so it's a bit healthier but also tasty.

i make vegtable lasagna with grilled peppers,eggplant and zuccini

I read - I am going to culinary school and then it is followed with a homefries recipe. Does not compute lol.


I love to cook but I have no time.

My bf is the too. He made me scrambled eggs with smoked tofu and soy chorizo + sauteed onions and scallions. :x Pure jizz.

No doubt about it!! I love em too.. but it's kinda like mac & cheese in a box. It's easy to make!

i am the primary cook at my house and recently got in a funk since it seems like Im eating the same old crap- hopefully this thread will spark some new ideas. Generally on my menu is steak, chicken, salmon, rice, vegetables, pasta- all diff variations of it. I need to add risotto and other sides- so keep em coming.
