HEEEEELLLOOOO TA!
Remember me?? i used to release many many trance tracks under the alias "Hydroid" back in the days, but doing many many other things in the last few years.
So, i'm here to tell you about my company a little and offer you some ULTRA FRESH AND UBER COOL SAMPLES!
In the last 4 years i'v been working my ass off and developing my own company, "Pakotec Productions". Pakotec started has a productions house of music for motion pictures and after a short time we've got our hands on some major projects. after a while we decided to expand and as we all come from various music genres we decided to produce samples packs.
Well, a year has passed since we first started and 2 months ago our products FINALLY got released on few major distributers (soon to be all major distributers) such as Producer Loops, soundsondemand (Best Service) and success came pretty fast.
We are getting massive responses from top producers all around the globe and i'm proud to announce our online store is finally open!!

In few weeks from now the "Tutorial Section" will be open and along with it some VERY unique and cool FREE production, mixing, sound design tutorials. That's not all, once a week i'm going to update our blog section with TONS of crazy unspoken production tips and tricks. And last but not least, every month our subscribers will get a FREE exclusive, high-quality sample pack.
We'll love to hear you comments, thoughts, suggestions and of course your opinion about our samples and let me tell you something, these sample packs are nothing like what you heard before ;)

Glad you liked it!
We have alot more to come, tons of one shots sample packs including an EXTREME QUALITY kicks pack which is in the works. all very modern, clear, punchy and sits in the mix like a bomb. we didn't master it all at once but one by one.
I'm also going to put more time in the demos from now to give you the "Full experience" of using our sample packs.

careful with compressing them too much, makes it impossible to put in a mix. Vengeance is an example of this, you can hardly do anything about the sounds provided. Keep the dynamics :)
Ill watch out for more break loops etc :) |

Hehe that's exactly what we DIDN'T do. our sample reach the 0 only because we normalized it, no heavy compression, full of dynamics and NON annoying overtones. actually our samples were processed so carefully you won't need much more then balance and few little eq touch's to get an awesome sound. i'm not going to add more, you need to try and see for yourself.
One little thing to mention, this specific free sample pack for subscribers is old and will be updated with a new one in the next few days. |

Haha the way you're typing comes across as if you're truely excited about the whole thing. I like that. I'm low on cash now but will surely buy some packs sooner or later :).
Is there discount if I buy all of them? I'm seriously considering doing so. |

thanks for sharing. They look great indeed.
My only negative comments are the following:
1) the play button loads a new page instead of a pop-up embedded player for ex. Very annoying in terms of ergonimics. Have you considered adapting the website?
2) wav only: no kontakt, no EXS24, no NNXT,, no rex (RMX?). That's too bad because you close yourself to a myriad of other people. And I know converting those libraries can be a pain.
That's why I relied on matt at loopmasters. Today and thanks to his tremendous job I can use my own work in RMX, that is simply priceless. :-) |

Small bug in the website:
On http://www.pakotec-samples.com/bundle_mixed.html
If you got to the "you are here" bar and click on the "samples" link it links to Index.html and that file doesn't exist, the capital I should be a small i. The same bug is on the homepage too btw.
Do I earn a discount now for being helpful? :toothless
Oh, and I like the full frontal nudity in one of the banners too. Blue . Yum. |

Well, as you put it this way. let me work out a special all in one bundle. will be available in a day or two

And indeed i am VERY exited about it as we put tons of effort on those samples, we believe it doesn't sound like ANY other packs. especially the one shots :D
as for the bug you mentioned, THANK YOU! will be fixed ASAP.
Lolo, i know about the play button and its indeed a pain in the ass but for now (short period) its going to stay like that. i promise to change it ASAP for your liking, we share the same thoughts so it won't take too long ;)
as for other formats, well we do have a APPLE LOOPS and REX for the loops. one shots, only WAVS. i have never seen any one shot samples in other formats but if you can give me an example to a pack, i'll buy it, check it out and will definitely make this addition to our next products.

Of course i am producing! much more then i used to do back in the days. its my daily job,
and i'm extremely happy about it. in the last 4 years i'v been composing music for big TV series like CSI : Miami, Survivor and few tv series here in Israel. i also made few commercials and unlimited number of mixes for a wide range of styles. i'm also producing for clients. what exactly? it depends, my last production was folk rock. but we at Pakotec do all kinds of productions therefore i'm just doing everything ATM and i LOVE IT!

Its not updated as we were VERY busy with our samples division and things are changing now. but you can listen to some of the stuff we did 2 years ago. you should prolly check the FIlm section as the TV is mostly stuff for the Israeli TV which means Low budget, which means its not our real productions. ENJOY :) |
