well it's your responsibility to check if the person is a male or a female, to avoid nasty surprises later, no? cos otherwise you're just assuming the person is male for sure (or female)
is it really their fault that questiion was never asked and their sex was never clarified?
though, I never found myself in situations when I doubted that a guy, was really a guy

hehe usually by the time you reach the penis/vagina exposure, you have already gone far enough (and done enough!) that the surprise of the wrong organ would piss you off.
Most people you can tell because its the "norm" to look as your gender, so if you are going to be a cross-dresser/cross-gender/transsexual, then you have a responsibility to let the person know what you really are. You always have to give the person a CHOICE in who they fux with. :wtf:

My 2nd time in Barcelona I ended up partying w this guy from Majorca (he was a guy) I met in line at this club they wouldn't let me in (they closed the line at 2:30am). So he didn't speak English, I didn't speak Spanish, we bounced around the city until morning partying.
Ended up at this one lounge, I was leaning up against a bar, I'd grab the occasional drink for him, he'd do the same (Amongst other substances, first and only time I tried the white stuff). Then out of nowhere this chick comes up to me, grabs my crotch, was thinking "ok cool", but the moment they opened their mouths, all I heard was a super deep voice. Freaked me the out, I go to Diego "dude, es masculo" LOL b/c I had no clue how to say it in Spanish so it's as close as I could get to it. Left it at that then left the club at 7:30 or whenever it was. True story.
