Good work Jon! The kick is strong and the bass gives the tune a nice groove. I believe your FX are certainly too loud (e.g. 3 or 4dB) but some producers really like loud FX. Listening to your tracks at both really loud and really quiet volumes will help you keep your levels more balanced. Also, the vocal could use a bit of high-end saturation to bring out the highs.
