Generally every time I see something like, "HOT!" or "SUMMER HIT!", it always tends to be total crap. This is decent but it's not a summer hit. But maybe to him it is, so yeah. |

Pretty nice track my friend, like this sweet, smooth and happy summer vibe in it - "simply but beauty" with some mature and nicely executed melodic elements in this production - well done!!!

I never meant to pick a fight or anything. If people want honest feedback, and people to listen to it, post it as such. Ie. "New track, looking for feedback" instead of "This track is the best". Editing the thread and throwing a sarcastic comment at me doesn't really help.
I always sense something fishy when someone posts "New hit track from XYZ". Especially if it comes from someone who posts on a music producer's promotion forum about how they heard someone else's track. Maybe I'm cynical, but most people I believe won't even care to listen to other people's tracks, let alone promote someone else's track.
It's not a bad track, but not a "hit". This is not a memorable track. It has a whopping 2 chords: Cmaj and Emin. Over and over again.
Given, the mix is pretty clean, and the pads are lush and dreamy, but there is nothing particularly unique about it.
I'm giving you real and honest feedback. Being humble is the best way to grow as a producer. |

It makes me want to sit in a coffee shop and silently judge its customers as to how worthy they are to be fashion models. It makes me want to debride bell-peppers, roasted over a gas burner, and then cut them into julienne slices and place them in a salad consisting of Roma tomatoes, olive oil, and lightly seared tuna; garnished with a basil chiffonade, lemon grass, and tangerine slices. Perhaps I'll add some roasted pine-nuts. No. I think sliced almonds would better suit it.
It makes me want to call a lawyer, specializing in insurance law, and consult with them about a problem with very little relevance to my actual life. Of course, the whole conversation, I'll make it out to be very important, but really, I'm just lonely and hungry for the intellectual stimulation not forthcoming from my collection of 23 cats. |
