| So yeah like the topic says, People lets hear it. For me it has to be Dirty-bird killing it in Stereo last year, I cudn't stop moving my legs to the beat.. I was a mindless zombie that night to the music hahahah! |

that was 4 years ago... there was no real good raves lately, black and blue with sasha and digweed were decent but nothing memorable as the party the pepsi centre...
The rave scene in montreal sucks unless you like ty music. |

Rave is such a stupid word.
I doubt that most people on here have been to what 80s and 90s people called a "rave".
Taking a bunch of pills at a CLUB on the other hand... Well yeah lots of good nights :toothless |

I've been to one "rave", it was a warehouse party with about 200 people. Head Nodders were DJing, good house music but I didn't stay long. I wouldn't consider it a rave, cuz I don't think real raves exist anymore.
I'm more then happy at Stereo and Circus. |

I agree Hernan himself at Black and Blue. His sound was perfect for the event.
The Digweed & Sasha party imo so over rated. The set up was well done, the music and vibe were weak.....The Dj booth lights were cool..that's what I remeber about it. Sander Set was pretty bad as well.
CREAM was always a favourite event in Montreal. If they could bring back one event and do it right...that should be it. Time to retire, the thrill is gone :) |
