Not like a cigarette filter, more like a small strip of thin cardboard, rolled up. It stops getting into your mouth, and you don't burn your fingers when the joint burns right down.
Go to Amsterdam, all the pre-rolled joints have them there. You can even buy little books of perforated cardboard strips to use when you make your own :o |
