i didn't bother to listen to those tracks, but the description you posted sounds an awful lot like markus schulz's 'dakota' project. to be fair though, i am a markus fanboy, so take that with a grain of salt.

What he is looking for doesn't sound like the Dakota stuff at all. If you want to give suggestions at least listen to the tracks in the OP. (besides the Dakota stuff is really bland and boring anyways)

Besides being a 303/acid whore, dark driving melodic music is the . Don't know too many breakbeat type tracks like you posted. I do know a lot of dark driving prog/trance.
