| Hehehe youre making me laugh which is good, I was really worried about it, but something just seems unreasonable, how can they see it 17 years ahead, and I'm pretty sure they will figure out a way to clash it out of its course, but still, its pretty concerning. |

Las week I read that they already denied it, and said its gonna miss earth (yet come very close). Okay..this "correction" seems very ..unprofessional(since so..spontanous and fast..) thats why Im still believing it MIGHT hit earth. But in any case we cant do nothing except for ont thing: make the best out of life every day.
That should be the way to live anyway regardless of a possible "end of earth" to come or not :) Yet hardly anyone does it..cause is IS damn hard to really enjoy the moment and not think about this and that all the time. Oh well
Ill make a checklist of "things to do before 2019"..just in case ;)

| yea, it has a .06 chance to hit earth, that is the first positive rating any big asteriod has got, but .06 is really small, and its supposedly supposd to pass by (or hit) earth in like 2018 or something, i really cant remember |

| Theres been a lot of threads about this recently, and everyone seems to scoff at the possibility of hitting earth. I know theres not a really high chance, but it happened before, why cant it happen again? Its not like our planet is naturally resistent to them. |

| Scorchio I hate to tell you but due to the nature of the speed of light and the speed of mass, we would see it AGES before it even came close to us. WE can see constellations n' that would take like 100 yrs to reach......but it probably won't hit earth at all, and anyway we probably would be able to hit it off course...yay! |

Why are we always blaming the astriod for hitting us? Maybe we goin to run into it. In any case i think we should take out collision insurance.
But seriously, its more difficult to know if an astroid is going to hit us cause they're relatively small and hard to see. While our planet's orbit is predictable the astriod belt is filled with millions of rocks that can hit each other and send one off course into our path, much like the way as balls react on a break in pool (unpredictable).

But they didn't say at first that it was going to hit, the medfia made that from it, but then they said it won't, and I believe them, it's more concerning that there will be eventually an asteroid thet will hit us, no metter what, there are so many objects in collission course with earth, it's even a miracle that it 65 million years ago that the last VERY big one hit the earth. But there are more things about to happen. Every 300000 years the magnetical poles change places, and the coming one is already 150000 years over time. So when that will happen, we'll all die very fast because of the radiation from space that we're not protected from for a time.
Funny Fact: there are little particles called neutricons that are very very small, even smallwer than quarks, and they fly through space very fast, and penetrate everything! So in just one second, there are billions of neutricons passing you body:nervous: :nervous:
