If there's no traffic, take 1&9 or the turnpike to the Holland. Shouldn't be more than a half hour.

traveling by car would be the fastest...iam not familar with any trains near the airport...you can try looking into a shuttle bus its prob cheaper than a cab and it will leave her at the bus terminal on 42nd street which is 5 min away from pacha

I know you can take the PATH train, but it's complicated and you have to switch two, maybe three times.

cheapest method would be taking the airport train shuttle (at the airport) to the Newark Airport New Jersey Transit stop. ANY NJT train that stops at the airport will go into Penn Station (if you take it the right direction that is).

I'm guessing $15. 30 minutes to NYC.

Less than 15 bucks, and yes, this is the absolute quickest way to NYC, most of the time quicker than a cab.. I've done it many times, it's incredibly efficient!

totally, tell negar to do this! There is also a bus thats really cheap to Port Authority that has been very quick for me, but I worry about it being Friday, so I would just go with the train! And yes, $45 for cabs, flat rate (LGA is less).
