I loved Jessica Simpsons in The Dukes of Hazard... |

| I have a different accent from the dominant one in the region where I grew up, probably because my parents had lived elsewhere most of their lives. |

| Southern accents only sound sexy if they're being by spoken by someone who already is sexy. It's a complete farce. Throw that exact same voice on an ugly chick and you will completely change your mind. |

Kiwi accent is the same as the aussie in the same way that the Canadian accent is the same as the US one. Kiwis have one of the few accents worse than ours. |
I know they're different, I was making a funny. Hence the video of a Kiwi doing a commercial on American TV for an Australian-themed restaurant. :P |

That goes for any accent...
I LOVE British accents but if the chick's gross, the accent doesn't matter... |

Southern accents spoken by an otherwise-hot-when-quiet girl de-sexify her instantly. There isn't a quicker turn-off in the world, in my humble opinion. |

I think you may be right on that.
Also: cajun accents. While I don't find them sexy per se, I do think that kind of accent is very interesting to hear. Maybe that's why I like listening to James Carville whenever he's on tv. |

We also say "Hella" hella lot. |
Ugh. Probably my least favorite word to hear people say. "She's hella hot"... "that party was hella fun". So terrible. Awful. |

| southern US accents are terrible to me, so are a lot of pronounced canadian accents. however i think that everywhere in north america, most educated people have a more or less "neutral" california accent (which i think i have myself) while the local working class accent can be extreme and vary from region to region. |

:haha: I love how passionate you are about your distaste for the word.
I have a list somewhere of all the "Americanisms" or sayings that cause untold irritation. There are so many.. >.<
