3 innocent persons were shot and killed in under 6 months and nobody was charged with anything, yet. this is the world that our kids are supposed to live in, right? what will be done about this?? are we gonna allow "collateral damage" on our own streets just because our government simply doesnt care anymore??

ok. serious post.
it's not a freaking joke when a person kills an another man. at least not for normal people, and esp when an innocent man died, regardless of the circumstance.
interesting to see what comes out of this story, and i'd like to see the surveillance package. my biggest question is whether there was a clear line of fire (meaning, no other people behind the hobo) and no other people in the trajectory of the rounds. |

I agree with force plus one but this, in my mind, was force plus 10k. So sad, I actually cried yesterday when I saw the pool of blood on the floor from the deceased bike rider. |

That's what I'm saying, physical standards were abolished, so we have 5 feet high female cops who are trigger happy... yay. |

relax he wasn't a bike rider, he was just walking, someone else who was riding a bike assisted him and dropped his bike nearby. |

At least it is legal to walk around with body armour in Canada (except Alberta and B.C, you just need to get a permit.)
There is one person in Quebec that got off for killing a cop. The cops disliked the courts decision though.
It sucks that the cops just cant use mace or a taser or even a tranquillizer gun. There is supposedly a tranquillizer gun on the market that can hold a few darts. The police probably wont buy it, seeing the darts cost more then bullets. |

I didn't know they weren't using tasers over there. They are a good weapon as long as they're not abused...
I wanna know more details on the circumstances before I pass any judgement... |
